About the role

  • Prospect and pitch new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, email marketing, and networking
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end Business Development process, including pipeline management, account planning, CRM utilization, pitching, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential business partners, demonstrating effective client relationship management skills
  • Conduct commercial and trend analysis, scenario modeling, and opportunity assessments to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead pitch meeting preparation by organizing materials, validating information, gathering commercial and operational insights from internal teams, and translating data into persuasive business presentations and strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through all financial and non-financial transactions

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or solution selling
  • Experience in online sales or e-commerce is a plus
  • Strong sense of initiative, self-motivation, and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Fully fluent in Thai with a good command of English
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com is a plus)
