Responsibilities
Prospect and pitch new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, email marketing, and networking
Take ownership of the end-to-end Business Development process, including pipeline management, account planning, CRM utilization, pitching, and deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential business partners, demonstrating effective client relationship management skills
Conduct commercial and trend analysis, scenario modeling, and opportunity assessments to support strategic decision-making
Lead pitch meeting preparation by organizing materials, validating information, gathering commercial and operational insights from internal teams, and translating data into persuasive business presentations and strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through all financial and non-financial transactions
Requirements
1 – 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or solution selling
Experience in online sales or e-commerce is a plus
Strong sense of initiative, self-motivation, and a can-do attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Fully fluent in Thai with a good command of English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com is a plus)
