Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified trade professionals for contract and project-based roles
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess trade certifications and experience
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Maintain talent pipelines and develop relationships with skilled candidates
- Collaborate closely with account managers and operations to fulfill client needs quickly and accurately
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in the **industrial, marine, or skilled trades** sectors
- Proven track record in **high-volume** recruiting for craft/trade roles
- Deep familiarity with roles such as welders, pipefitters, electricians, riggers, millwrights, etc.
- Strong sourcing skills (job boards, social media, referrals, databases)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding platforms
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
