About the role

  • Source and recruit qualified trade professionals for contract and project-based roles
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess trade certifications and experience
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain talent pipelines and develop relationships with skilled candidates
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and operations to fulfill client needs quickly and accurately

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in the **industrial, marine, or skilled trades** sectors
  • Proven track record in **high-volume** recruiting for craft/trade roles
  • Deep familiarity with roles such as welders, pipefitters, electricians, riggers, millwrights, etc.
  • Strong sourcing skills (job boards, social media, referrals, databases)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding platforms
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
