Account Manager handling customer accounts for the Number 1 vehicle finance company. Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to customer financial situations and agreements.
Responsibilities
This busy role will be telephone based
Taking inbound and making outbound calls throughout the day in relation to a portfolio of customer accounts you are responsible for
Demonstrate the ability to understand a customers’ financial situation
Understand the complexity of finance agreements
Make sound decisions to ensure a good customer outcome
Be a great communicator with our customers, explaining things such as payment plans that you have calculated with them
