Requirements
0–2 years of experience in operations, recruitment, research, or admin roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple studies simultaneously
Basic experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and scheduling tools
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
