About the role

  • Coordinate air import operations ensuring compliance and communication at Craft. Act as a liaison between clients and partners in international trade.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate air import operations from cargo receipt at destination to final delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, the commercial team and partners, ensuring alignment and prompt communication.
  • Monitor deadlines, shipment statuses and compliance of operational processes.
  • Anticipate risks, propose solutions and support incident resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and accurate updating of information in internal systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on International Trade, International Relations or related fields;
  • Previous experience at a freight forwarder or in importing companies;
  • Practical knowledge of Incoterms and customs legislation;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook);
  • Good knowledge of international geography and logistics routes;
  • Advanced English required — interaction with the USA;
  • Intermediate Spanish (a plus);
