About the role

  • Property Manager overseeing residential properties in Oberhausen, Germany, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property maintenance. Managing various tenant inquiries and property operations with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for a wide range of matters and challenges related to the management of our residential properties
  • Monitoring and oversight of our property portfolio and promoting harmonious cohabitation among our tenants
  • Organising and conducting tenant support, advice and in-person meetings to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for apartment handovers and inspections, including careful documentation and communication with tenants
  • Performing caretaking/maintenance duties to ensure smooth daily operations and to maintain the safety of our properties

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training as a real estate specialist (Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) or a vocational trade apprenticeship — alternatively an equivalent qualification
  • Sound knowledge of building technology/technical building systems
  • Practical, hands-on experience in trades/maintenance work
  • Confident user of MS Office; ideally experience with SAP and general IT skills
  • Strong communication skills combined with confidence in handling conflict situations
  • Strong solution orientation, team spirit and a high level of customer- and service-orientation when dealing with new daily challenges
