About the role

  • Sales Enablement position focused on developing learning programs for sales teams. Involves metrics management to enhance sales practices at Cortex.

Responsibilities

  • Create training and refresher programs for Sales teams
  • Develop learning paths aligned with business needs and team development. Example: New product launches; offer updates; journey or playbook updates; development of new GTMs, etc.
  • Support Sales leadership in building, documenting, and implementing playbooks: proposal creation processes, RTC process for closing, renewal processes, etc., ensuring standardized execution and comparability for measuring team efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (productivity, quality, and efficiency) of Sales teams to identify gaps and recommend refresher plans or, when necessary, personnel changes

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing learning and training development processes
  • Ability to generate data-driven analyses and insights
  • Knowledge of sales processes in revenue organizations for B2B-focused companies
  • Ability to design processes and playbooks
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and cross-team collaboration
  • Experience facilitating trainings, meetings, and webinars
  • Background implementing learning programs at technology companies, especially with a SaaS business model
  • Proven expertise in designing sales processes and playbooks
  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS performance metrics
  • Use of AI tools to drive productivity gains
  • Advanced English
