About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for the operativen Vertrieb of agrochemical products including customer acquisition and market analysis in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Operational sales of our agrochemical products: from customer inquiry to contract conclusion
  • Account management and advisory services for existing customers, as well as new customer acquisition
  • Analysis of relevant market developments
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies in close coordination with other departments
  • Travel with some flexibility required due to seasonal workload
  • Project work

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, agricultural sciences, chemistry, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in sales is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a solution-oriented and structured working style
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Confident use of common Office applications; SAP experience desirable
  • Strong identification with the company, loyalty, and pronounced team spirit
