Responsibilities
responsible for setting the strategy and leading the design, development, and execution of comprehensive sales and product training programs
partner with senior leadership across the Medical Device, Office, Fertility and Stem commercial organizations
oversee all aspects of training development and implementation, including financial management
accountable for hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing team of sales training managers
ensure continuous improvement by measuring program effectiveness and optimizing learning strategies
Requirements
Strong knowledge and experience with adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model, The Six Disciplines Of Breakthrough Learning)
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat; Expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel and Smartsheet’s
Strong platform/presentation/facilitation skills
Strong communication skills, both live and in virtual setting. Excellent verbal and writing skills
Strong project management experience to set and manage priorities, resources, goals, and initiatives
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in medical device/pharmaceutical Sales and Sales Training
Women’s Healthcare background preferred
Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale training programs for sales teams, preferably in medical device or healthcare industries
BA/BS degree
