Responsibilities
Effectively plan territory coverage
Deliver a blended contact strategy
Build strong business relationships with customers
Achieve an annual territory sales target
Maximize results through delivering agreed priorities
Set up and implement commercial business plans with customers
Develop and introduce new products to customers
Ensure outstanding knowledge of Cooper Vision's products
Deliver training programmes to retail staff
Organize and execute clinical training in liaison with the Professional Services team
Form close relationships with Regional Managers and representatives
Represent the Company at seminars, exhibitions and meetings
Requirements
Demonstrable experience and track record in defining and achieving sales results.
Awareness and ability to make a positive impact with prospective, existing customers and others in a coaching style
Enviable track record of achievement (target achievements) gained from organizations that demonstrate and require strong interpersonal skills to influence at all levels of management.
Strong relationship builder with enhanced listening and coaching skills
Understanding of investigative questioning and sales process
Highly pro-active and able to work successfully alone as well as within a team to pre-determined objectives.
Ability to manage a large geographical sales area.
Works well under pressure
Experience in the optical industry preferable
Computer literacy including Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential.
