About the role

  • Salesman Jr managing client portfolio and executing sales strategies at Dimensional Brasil. Providing consultative customer service and strengthening client relationships in sales sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service
  • Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with current clients to drive loyalty and grow the customer base
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance
  • Conduct negotiations, issue orders and manage commercial outstanding items
  • Identify and offer the best solutions according to clients' needs
  • Perform outbound and inbound customer service, overseeing the entire sales process and ensuring efficient follow-up.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (higher education is a plus)
  • Experience in the commercial area, preferably in inside sales
  • Knowledge of PPE (personal protective equipment) sales
  • Good communication skills, proactivity and negotiation ability.
