Responsibilities
Diseñar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento en adquisición, activación, retención, referidos y monetización.
Definir metas claras por etapa del funnel y optimizar la experiencia de usuario para incrementar conversiones.
Construir y gestionar dashboards y KPIs de crecimiento.
Liderar A/B tests y experimentos multivariantes en producto y marketing.
Formular hipótesis, ejecutar tests, analizar resultados y documentar aprendizajes.
Crear estrategias de CRM: onboarding, reactivación, programas anti-churn.
Alinear objetivos entre Producto y Marketing e impulsar iniciativas conjuntas.
Requirements
+3 años en Growth Marketing / Growth Product o Lifecycle Marketing.
Experiencia demostrable en growth loops, experimentación y marketing basado en datos.
Conocimiento profundo de métricas de crecimiento: CAC, LTV, funnels, cohortes, churn.
Inglés avanzado (conversacional y escrito).
Experiencia trabajando con equipos de Producto, Data & Performance.
Excel/Google Sheets avanzado y herramientas de CRM, analytics y A/B testing.
Deseable: Experiencia en fintech, banca digital o startups de alto crecimiento.
Conocimiento de herramientas como Mixpanel, Braze, HubSpot, Segment, Looker, GA4, etc.
Experiencia liderando equipos de growth, lifecycle o marketing digital.
