  • Marketing Operations Lead driving digital marketing projects at Convidera, overseeing strategies and operations across various marketing disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
  • Orchestrate cross-channel campaigns (website, social, paid, email, events)
  • Define and measure relevant KPIs to evaluate performance
  • Serve as the client point of contact and represent the marketing teams

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in online marketing or a digital marketing specialization (e.g., content or performance marketing)
  • Proven track record in planning, implementing, and managing complex marketing projects
  • Business acumen
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Highly structured, pragmatic, and able to multitask
  • Motivator and mentor, ideally with initial leadership experience
