About the role

  • Marketing Operations Specialist managing systems and data driving marketing results at ClearRoute. Ensuring data quality, campaign delivery, and integration with various tools in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Own systems, data, and workflows powering marketing engine
  • Ensure data hygiene and lead workflows in Salesforce CRM
  • Design and maintain campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Build and maintain integrations with various tools
  • Manage event marketing operations and analytics support
  • Maintain marketing editorial and campaign calendar

Requirements

  • 3–4 years in a marketing operations, CRM admin, or marketing automation role at a B2B or SaaS company
  • Proven hands-on administration of Salesforce CRM
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrable experience building campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEO/ AEO tools
  • Fluent written and spoken English,
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-disciplined, capable of asynchronous work with global teams.
