AI-first Marketing Operations Lead at Sidetrade building an automated marketing engine leveraging AI for growth. Overseeing full Martech stack and optimizing marketing strategies with data insights.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize the full Martech stack (Marketo, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and adjacent tools)
Embed AI tools into marketing workflows to automate tasks, improve personalization, and surface insights faster
Manage lead lifecycle: scoring, routing, MQL handoff, and revenue attribution in partnership with sales, marketing, and BDRs
Build, execute, and optimize campaigns including email nurture, webinars, events, and landing pages
Maintain database hygiene, segmentation, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
Deliver dashboards and reporting on funnel performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution
Evaluate and onboard new tools; manage vendor relationships and renewals
Partner with sales, demand gen, and RevOps to align on shared goals and seamless handoffs
Requirements
5+ years in Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS or technology company
Expert-level Marketo (or HubSpot/Pardot) and Salesforce CRM experience
Hands-on experience with AI tools in a marketing context (content, scoring, automation, or analytics)
Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel reporting and attribution modelling
Experience managing Martech integrations (APIs, Zapier, and third-party platforms)
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Marketo Certified Expert or equivalent certification
Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus)
Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker)
Background in revenue operations or cross-functional GTM alignment
