Sales Development Representative focusing on appointment generation and sales for Convera in Spain. Join a growing team expanding payment solutions while collaborating closely with Business Development Managers.
Responsibilities
Delivering a greenfield role, establishing the regional Demand Generation Team within Spain.
Generate appointments for sales targets.
Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs & Sr. BDMs) to contact new prospects.
Lead Generation & Prospecting.
Develop understanding of Convera’s value proposition.
Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as revenue and appointment setting targets.
Create appointments with new & existing prospects.
Make outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Use sales tools such as Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, and Highspot to generate prospects.
Manage the sales lead allocation pipeline daily.
Requirements
Sales industry experience, ideally used to making outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities.
Strong organizational and effective time management skills.
Active listening, strong written and verbal communication skills, such as a professional telephone manner.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to attain [Level 3 CISI Certificate (i.e., Introduction to securities and investments)] within 6 months of hire.
Must be fluent to a native level in Spanish - Catalan is a plus.
Must be fluent in English (oral and written), as all internal communication is in English.
Experience in the financial services industry.
Experience within Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools such as Salesforce and Highspot would be advantageous.
