About the role

  • Join Central dos Benefícios as an SDR focusing on lead qualification and active prospecting in a hybrid work model. Seeking candidates with commercial experience and interest in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Perform active prospecting
  • Qualify leads according to defined criteria
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Record and update information in the CRM

Requirements

  • High school diploma (ongoing or completed higher education is a plus)
  • Proven experience in sales/commercial roles
  • Interest in prospecting and developing business opportunities
  • Previous experience in lead prospecting
  • Knowledge of the sales funnel
  • Clear, concise and persuasive communication, both verbal and written
  • Organized and disciplined in using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Results-oriented with good time management skills
