Responsibilities
Acquisition of new corporate clients and integration of existing client relationships into our medium-sized brokerage
Managing the acquisition process end-to-end — from lead generation and analysis of the insurance portfolio to presentation
Independently managing commercial clients (minimum company size: approx. 50 employees) in non-life insurance lines, with support from the internal service team
Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
Actively contributing to company development within our OKR methodology — e.g., in digitalization or optimization of internal processes
Requirements
Several years of experience at an insurance broker or insurance agency
Proven experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
Solid knowledge of non-life insurance lines (e.g., industrial fire, liability) — excluding motor, life, and health
Completed training in insurance (e.g., certified insurance specialist) or a relevant degree
