About the role

  • Kundenberater/in acquiring new commercial clients and managing existing relationships in the insurance sector. Collaborating on digitalization and internal optimization while ensuring excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new corporate clients and integration of existing client relationships into our medium-sized brokerage
  • Managing the acquisition process end-to-end — from lead generation and analysis of the insurance portfolio to presentation
  • Independently managing commercial clients (minimum company size: approx. 50 employees) in non-life insurance lines, with support from the internal service team
  • Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
  • Actively contributing to company development within our OKR methodology — e.g., in digitalization or optimization of internal processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience at an insurance broker or insurance agency
  • Proven experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
  • Solid knowledge of non-life insurance lines (e.g., industrial fire, liability) — excluding motor, life, and health
  • Completed training in insurance (e.g., certified insurance specialist) or a relevant degree
