About the role

  • Insurance Consultant and Acquirer focused on commercial and industrial insurance. Responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new corporate clients and leverage existing customer relationships
  • Manage the full acquisition process — from lead generation and analysis to proposal and presentation
  • Independently manage commercial clients across non-life/composite lines with support from the internal service team
  • Conduct annual client meetings on-site or digitally
  • Actively contribute to company initiatives using our OKR methodology to drive digitalization and optimize internal processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience working for an insurance broker or agency
  • Proven experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
  • Solid knowledge of non-life/composite lines (e.g., industrial fire, liability) — excluding motor, life, and health insurance
  • Completed vocational training in insurance, Versicherungsfachwirt (insurance specialist), or a relevant degree
