About the role

  • Customer Advisor in insurance sector at BüchnerBarella managing industrial and commercial client needs. Negotiating with insurers and facilitating customer requests with a focus on satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assessing and managing the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
  • Independently identify suitable insurance solutions after team onboarding
  • Create added value by assessing risks and identifying solution options
  • Manage appointments and customer inquiries
  • Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers, and experts/claims adjusters
  • Client servicing, existing-client growth, proposal presentations, claims handling, and data maintenance

Requirements

  • Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Passion for client service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working with a team-oriented "we" mindset and in a family-like work environment
