About the role
- Field electrician responsible for the technical maintenance of electrical systems at MERKUR Casinos. Overseeing repairs, installations, and supporting renovations across locations in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, maintenance and modernization of electrical systems
- Proper repairs, maintenance and fault rectification on electrical systems in the branches
- General small craft repairs such as preparatory work for appliance installations (e.g., ovens)
- Relocating sockets and light switches or performing simple inspection and remedial work
- Support for dismantling, renovation and conversion measures
- Equipping lighting units and decorative elements
- Inspection of work carried out by external service providers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g., as an electrician or electronics technician for power and building services, or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in the maintenance of electrical systems or in technical facility management is an advantage
- Manual dexterity and ideally experience in general tasks such as furniture assembly or painting
- Driver’s license class B, plus flexibility and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Team player with a service-oriented demeanor and a structured, self-directed approach to work
