About the role

  • Insurance consultant managing individual insurance needs for industrial and commercial clients. Focusing on customer acquisition and developing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Take care of the individual insurance needs of our existing and new clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
  • Work with the team to find the right insurance solution for each industry
  • Focus on acquiring new clients and support the further development of customer relationships
  • Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts/appraisers
  • Support the team with proposal presentations, claims handling and annual review meetings
  • Get to know our clients thoroughly and establish close customer relationships

Requirements

  • Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Passion for customer service and building close client relationships; committed to delivering high customer satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-like work environment and embrace a strong sense of "we"
