Responsibilities
Lead and manage central marketing activities together with the team
Provide both functional and disciplinary leadership for the Marketing team
Recruit, develop and motivate employees
Define and communicate team objectives and ensure goal attainment
Plan, coordinate and prioritize workflows and resources
Conduct employee performance reviews and development discussions
Develop marketing initiatives based on data and target-audience analysis
Responsible for strategic brand management and further development of the corporate design
Develop and ensure quality standards for marketing deliverables
Handle complex and demanding issues
Coordinate cross-departmental topics
Initiate, manage and support internal and cross-team projects
Actively contribute to the development and improvement of marketing processes
Requirements
Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
Structured and organized working style with the ability to maintain oversight of multiple concurrent topics
Confident decision-making and clear communication
Strong understanding of marketing and brand management
Strategic thinking, solution-oriented approach and a proactive drive to advance initiatives
Degree in Marketing, Media or a related field, or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in a marketing environment
Experience with products or services that require explanation (complex/technical) is ideal
Collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners or agencies
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
