About the role

  • Teamleiter Marketing guiding a team in executing strategic marketing for Contipark. Overseeing brand development and marketing processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage central marketing activities together with the team
  • Provide both functional and disciplinary leadership for the Marketing team
  • Recruit, develop and motivate employees
  • Define and communicate team objectives and ensure goal attainment
  • Plan, coordinate and prioritize workflows and resources
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and development discussions
  • Develop marketing initiatives based on data and target-audience analysis
  • Responsible for strategic brand management and further development of the corporate design
  • Develop and ensure quality standards for marketing deliverables
  • Handle complex and demanding issues
  • Coordinate cross-departmental topics
  • Initiate, manage and support internal and cross-team projects
  • Actively contribute to the development and improvement of marketing processes

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
  • Structured and organized working style with the ability to maintain oversight of multiple concurrent topics
  • Confident decision-making and clear communication
  • Strong understanding of marketing and brand management
  • Strategic thinking, solution-oriented approach and a proactive drive to advance initiatives
  • Degree in Marketing, Media or a related field, or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in a marketing environment
  • Experience with products or services that require explanation (complex/technical) is ideal
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners or agencies
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
