About the role

  • Senior B2B Marketing Manager driving go-to-market strategies for a new AI product at Spring Health. Collaborating with teams to shape customer understanding and influence early revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Define our initial go-to-market strategy for a new AI product
  • Establish positioning, messaging, and category narrative from scratch
  • Lead early product launches and customer-facing storytelling
  • Design and run early demand experiments to find what works
  • Partner closely with sales on enablement, feedback loops, and early deals
  • Work with product and design to shape onboarding and first impressions
  • Turn early customer learnings into sharper messaging and GTM focus

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 0→1 or early-stage products
  • Experience bringing new products or brands to market
  • Strong ability to simplify complex or technical products (AI experience a plus, not required)
  • Comfortable operating with limited data, evolving strategy, and high ownership
  • Hands-on operator who can execute while setting direction
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with product, design, and sales
  • Experience marketing AI, data, or technical B2B products preferred
  • Background in early-stage startups or venture-backed companies preferred
  • Experience shaping early ICP definition and GTM motion preferred
