Senior Advisor leading the migration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and managing marketing initiatives. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive performance and support growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration in collaboration with internal teams, marketing, and external suppliers, ensuring that objectives, timelines and budgets are adhered too.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in close collaboration with the internal teams, the relationship marketing agency and other external suppliers, ensuring that objectives, timelines and budgets are respected.
Manage projects autonomously, from the brief to the final delivery, gathering relevant insights and information for each project.
Assess campaign performance to make recommendations for optimization, driving innovation and outperformance.
Coordinate the tracking of expenses, open purchase orders and monitor accordingly.
Drive creativity while ensuring compliance with the various brands’ creative guidelines.
Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing / Communications or in any other related field
5-7 years of experience in email marketing or targeted marketing or other marketing field also considered
Experience with marketing automation software and capabilities such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot
Excellent project management and attention to detail
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
Strong analytical skills, results oriented and ability to challenge the status quo
A team player with a positive attitude, with cross functional collaboration skills
Excellent communicator, proficient in presenting your ideas to various stakeholders and influencing business decisions
Organized, at ease in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to prioritize
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
