Responsibilities
Lead the deployment of operational marketing initiatives for the group's four brands;
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across different sites and departments;
Promote and animate the Customer Commitment across all employees;
Measure the performance of activities and propose optimizations;
Contribute to the CSR strategy and to promoting the Group’s sustainability commitments.
Requirements
Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+4 to Bac+5) in marketing, communications, business or equivalent (business school, master's in marketing, communications school)
3–5 years' experience in operational marketing or cross-functional project management
Comfortable managing projects, coordinating across multiple sites and working in a cross-functional environment
Able to understand offerings, markets and business priorities and translate them into concrete actions
Comfortable with data analysis, performance tracking and managing marketing budgets
Sensitive to CSR and circular economy issues (experience in recycling/automotive sector is a plus)
Hands-on, organized and results-oriented, with strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to bring people together without hierarchical authority.
