About the role

  • Channel Partner Marketing Manager leading global marketing initiatives and driving demand through the partner ecosystem at Progress. Leveraging strategic partnerships across North America, Central, and Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Lead channel marketing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional execution
  • Own end-to-end global partner marketing programs, including campaign development, enablement, and portal optimization
  • Collaborate with regional and global product, sales, and campaign teams to develop partner-specific programs, materials, promotions, and other initiatives that support sales goals and encourage both pipeline growth and partner engagement
  • Establish global KPIs for partner success and ensure consistent measurement across regions
  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports that summarize partnership achievements, performance gaps, and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing with deep channel/partner experience
  • Proven ability to lead global programs, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable impact
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; adept at turning insights into action
  • Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment across cultures, time zones and levels of seniority
  • Open to occasional travel (domestic and international)
