Responsibilities
- Managing payroll cycles across supported countries, including data collection, validation, approvals, and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and deadlines
- Validating gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and adjustments
- Coordinating with in-country payroll providers and global aggregators
- Overseeing integrations between Ceridian Dayforce, TriNet, BambooHR, and finance systems
- Ensuring accurate data transfers and resolving discrepancies promptly
- Preparing and posting pay journals for accounting reconciliation
- Collaborating with Finance on month-end close and variance analysis
- Maintaining documented procedures for each jurisdiction
- Supporting internal/external audits and statutory inspections
- Ensuring adherence to GDPR and other data privacy regulations
- Responding to escalated payroll queries with accuracy and confidentiality
- Managing off-cycle payments and corrections as needed
- Identifying process gaps and implementing automation where possible
- Staying updated on legislative changes and recommending system updates
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of payroll experience, including multi-country processing and pay journal preparation
- Proven ability to manage external payroll vendors and global platforms
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- Professional certifications (CPP, PCP/CPM, CIPP) preferred
- Expertise in Ceridian Dayforce, TriNet, BambooHR
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
