About the role
- IT Infrastructure Analyst roles focusing on systems availability and support at Construtora Tenda. Responsible for technical support, documentation, and improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests from across the organization via the Freshservice platform, ensuring a positive experience for internal customers;
- Analyze, develop, support and identify improvement opportunities for the platform;
- Keep technical documentation of implemented environments up to date for process updates, control, and audit purposes;
- Provide administration and support for server operating systems, including Linux and Windows;
- Support the execution of changes in infrastructure environments (dev, QA, and production);
- Meet IT SLA and NPS targets by adhering to ticket SLAs through established processes and procedures to ensure the area’s and organization’s NPS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent, e.g., Software Engineering, Information Technology, Networking, or similar;
- Experience with IT infrastructure, particularly with Freshservice;
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls (FortiGate), storage, backup, and virtualization;
- Experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019);
- Expertise with operating systems such as Linux (Red Hat);
- Basic knowledge of solution architecture for on-premises data center and cloud environments.
