About the role
- Quality Analyst ensuring compliance in construction for Tenda, with responsibilities in training and audits. Requires Bachelor's in Engineering or Architecture and knowledge in ISO 9001.
Responsibilities
- Travel to construction sites in different cities and states across the country;
- Ensure the quality and compliance of projects and units delivered to our clients, following standards, internal procedures, project documentation, and construction methodology through periodic audits and on-site inspections;
- Draft and update internal procedures;
- Prepare training materials for technical training of interns, analysts, and site managers;
- Deliver technical training to teams of interns, analysts, and site managers;
- Consolidate, analyze, and segment results and action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urbanism;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD / Revit);
- Willingness to travel;
- Knowledge or experience with the ISO 9001 standard (a plus).
