  • Senior Pension Analyst responsible for ensuring quality service control and process improvement within pensions administration. Supporting client relationships and coaching team members for better operational productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting key client relationships and client budgeting
  • Peer reviewing complex tasks
  • Coaching junior members of the team
  • Leading on process improvement for clients
  • Undertaking quality control calculation reviews
  • Driving continual improvement around operational effectiveness and client profitability
  • Ensuring errors, omissions, and complaints are handled in line with agreed procedures
  • Presenting periodic reports for clients

Requirements

  • Experience within the pensions administration field
  • Demonstrate experience improving processes
  • Close understanding of complex pensions administration tasks and calculations
  • Take responsibility for the quality and delivery of your own work
  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Team player, able to work with and coach others
