About the role

• Support professional for Cisco networking solutions at Agility, involved in client projects and support activities. Ensuring critical network operations and technical delivery documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and participate in network projects involving Cisco solutions. The professional will work on-site with the client, participating in and assisting support and project activities and will operate in an assisted-operation mode;
• Respond to client support and project requests;
• Handle incidents and perform problem resolution related to support and projects;
• Escalate and follow up on tickets with vendors/manufacturers related to support and projects;
• Lead and execute technical activities related to the delivery of support and projects;
• Prepare and present technical support and project documentation to the client and internal teams;

Requirements

• Proven experience with Cisco solutions;
• Strong troubleshooting skills;
• Solid experience supporting critical network environments, load balancing, and information security;
• Knowledge of network topology, the TCP/IP protocol, network configuration and components (load balancers, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.);
• Familiarity with protocols such as HTTP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, LDAP, RADIUS/TACACS, OSPF, BGP, etc.;
• Ability to focus on customer service;
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
