Requirements

- Knowledge of network topology, the TCP/IP protocol, network configuration and components (load balancers, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.);
- Familiarity with protocols such as HTTP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, LDAP, RADIUS/TACACS, OSPF, BGP, etc.;
- Ability to focus on customer service;
