Responsibilities
Provide support and participate in network projects involving Cisco solutions. The professional will work on-site with the client, participating in and assisting support and project activities and will operate in an assisted-operation mode;
Respond to client support and project requests;
Handle incidents and perform problem resolution related to support and projects;
Escalate and follow up on tickets with vendors/manufacturers related to support and projects;
Lead and execute technical activities related to the delivery of support and projects;
Prepare and present technical support and project documentation to the client and internal teams;
Requirements
Proven experience with Cisco solutions;
Strong troubleshooting skills;
Solid experience supporting critical network environments, load balancing, and information security;
Knowledge of network topology, the TCP/IP protocol, network configuration and components (load balancers, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.);
Familiarity with protocols such as HTTP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, LDAP, RADIUS/TACACS, OSPF, BGP, etc.;
