About the role

Responsibilities
- Estimate maintenance service demand in terms of man-hours (hh) and maintenance slots;
- Create the set of planning rules to be followed by Network Planning;
- Measure the designed commercial itinerary, verifying its adherence to the planning rules;
- Define the maintenance network, i.e., the set of bases where line maintenance planning will schedule maintenance services;
- Support the development of the network, managing it together with Maintenance to activate/deactivate maintenance stations and expand/reduce their scope with a focus on matching capacity to demand;
- Manage the KPIs under your responsibility, aiming to achieve high performance levels and establish a continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analysis, or Data Science;
- Minimum experience: 2 years in demand planning, S&OP, data analysis, or modeling of complex systems;
- Intermediate English;
- Power BI, Python, advanced Excel, VBA, and experience producing analytical reports;
- Strong analytical skills and creativity to find non-trivial solutions;
- Broad, integrated perspective, able to build future scenarios in uncertain environments and anticipate potential issues to mitigate them;
- Process- and data-oriented;
- Results- and deadline-driven;
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented;
- Well-developed negotiation skills;
