About the role
- Analista Fiscal handling structured fiscal demands at Andersen Consulting Brasil. Resolving fiscal inquiries and managing client fiscal registrations with compliance in Brazilian legislation.
Responsibilities
- Handle tax-related requests through a ticketing system, ensuring analysis, response and resolution within established deadlines.
- Perform analysis, verification and maintenance of tax registrations for clients, products and services, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Analyze tax operations requested via tickets, validating CFOP, CST, NCM, tax rates and applicable tax classifications.
- Assess tax impacts related to federal, state and municipal operations according to the nature of each request.
- Use and operate tax portals (Receita Federal, SEFAZ, Municipal SEFAZ portals, municipal portals, among others) for queries, validations and to support requested analyses.
- Record, document and follow up on requests handled, ensuring traceability, clarity of responses and standardization of procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of registration and tax-support processes by identifying recurring issues in incoming requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience providing tax support via a ticketing workflow or structured service requests.
- Experience with tax registration of clients, products and services.
- Knowledge of federal, state and municipal tax legislation.
- Comfortable navigating and consulting tax portals and fiscal/ERP management systems.
- Analytical ability to interpret tax operations and apply legislation correctly.
- Advantage: experience and proficiency in ICMS calculation and routines, including ancillary obligations and related analyses.
- Organized, able to prioritize, detail-oriented and strong written communication skills.
