Responsibilities
Assist customers through multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, in-person);
Resolve inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and with empathy;
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and recommend improvements to the customer experience;
Monitor and support the management of the After-Sales Center (service volume, key initiatives, training and team oversight);
Coordinate email marketing sends and in-app push notifications for relationship journeys and marketing campaigns;
Track daily results and KPIs for campaigns and area metrics;
Develop event/action briefs and approve the scope in accordance with the proposed communication strategy;
Organize virtual and in-person events that are part of the customer relationship journey;
Act as the point of contact with vendors and internal departments;
Manage customer materials and promotional gifts;
Conduct home handover inspections with customers;
Perform detailed demand analyses to develop action plans and targeted strategies to provide feedback to the company and drive continuous improvement in the area;
Implement control and monitoring systems to ensure the effectiveness of strategies and identify continuous improvement opportunities;
Liaise with departments involved in the delivery of construction projects to the end customer.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication or a related field;
Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus;
Availability to travel.
