About the role

  • Technical Marketing Engineer building and scaling AI agents for sales and support teams at Glean. Driving transformation through enablement and training with a focus on business ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale agents that transform how sales and/or support teams operate
  • Understand the processes, tools, and data sources of the sales/support department
  • Cultivate relationships with agent builders, admins, and sales/support leaders
  • Represent Glean at conferences and events showcasing real-world agents

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, product engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experiences building agents
  • Deep domain knowledge of sales and/or support departments and their required tools/data sources
  • Deep understanding of the latest AI technologies, including model capabilities, agent building best practices, evaluation, etc
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technology and impact in simple terms tailored to audiences
  • Strong technical skills, able to build agents in code and evaluate their quality
  • Collaborative and influential across marketing, sales, engineering, product, partners, and customers
