Responsibilities
- Prepare regulatory/compliance project documents and manage each phase, analyzing whether they meet current laws and standards, ensuring compatibility between disciplines and delivering quality within shortened deadlines.
- Prepare regulatory project documentation for municipal permitting.
- Prepare base documents with a compensatory planting proposal for the DEPAVE project to ensure project feasibility without conflicts.
- Ensure consistency and compatibility of information and project documents, avoiding discrepancies in technical and documentary data.
- Perform critical analysis of projects versus legislation, ensuring the design meets legal requirements.
- Review municipal communications, assessing the consistency of requests and determining required actions.
- Manage activities through the submission stage, ensuring deadlines established by the area are met.
- Liaise with supplier areas and clients to maintain alignment during development of the final product.
- Maintain clear communication with the team, upholding established standards of graphic representation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Architecture and Urbanism or Civil Engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit (modeling, editing, parameterization, and data extraction).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in developing or adapting architectural projects.
- Experience reading and interpreting urban planning/land-use legislation.
