Responsibilities
Work strategically to generate new business in the port sector.
Develop and expand the client portfolio through the sale of container road transport services and terminal operations.
Ensure sustainable company growth by building strong relationships and conducting high-level negotiations.
Perform active prospecting and open new business opportunities.
Sell container road transport services and terminal operations (container stuffing, destuffing, import/export, cabotage).
Serve and develop large accounts (high-ticket), leading strategic meetings.
Conduct comprehensive diagnostics of client needs and present customized logistics solutions.
Manage the entire commercial cycle: prospecting, visits, proposals, follow-up, negotiation and closing.
Maintain continuous relationships with the portfolio to ensure satisfaction and expand recurring business.
Work in an integrated manner with the operational and administrative areas, aligning deliveries and monitoring post-sale operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in the port sector (mandatory).
Commercial experience in logistics, container road transport and/or terminal operations.
Prior experience with active prospecting, consultative sales and development of large accounts (high-ticket).
Ability to conduct high-level meetings with decision-makers and leadership.
Senior profile, with executive presence, autonomy, organization and discipline.
Strong negotiation skills, portfolio management and strategic relationship building.
Proficiency with digital tools and ease working with CRM (currently being implemented).
Availability for external visits and presence once a week at the office in Guarujá/SP.
Results- and target-oriented profile with focus on accelerated growth.
Commercial ambition, resilience and the ability to open new opportunities strategically.
Benefits
Engagement as PJ (independent contractor), with a fixed monthly fee of R$ 4,000 plus a highly aggressive commission model ranging from 2% to 5% on the portfolio, enabling total earnings that can reach R$ 20,000 to R$ 50,000 per month depending on performance.
Possibility of company financial support for strategic actions such as travel, events and accommodation that generate commercial return.
Local travel expenses (such as fuel and tolls in the Port of Santos area) are covered within the fixed PJ amount.
