Responsibilities

  • Content Planning: Define goals and understand the characteristics of the target audience. Create briefs with topics, publication dates, and distribution channels.
  • Content Creation: Develop textual and visual content according to the plan. Write copy aligned with the audience’s tone, including links and scannable formatting. Produce content in advance to avoid gaps in the publishing calendar.
  • Interaction and Monitoring: Engage with followers, respond to messages, and collect feedback. Monitor developments in Digital Marketing, competitors’ activities, and brand mentions.
  • Post Scheduling: Keep posts pre-scheduled to ensure consistent frequency and efficient use of time. Use a publishing calendar for better visibility and management.
  • Reports and Analysis: Track and demonstrate strategy results through detailed reports. Analyze data such as days and times with highest engagement, the most effective formats and CTAs, and perform periodic comparisons.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management.
