Responsibilities
You further develop our social media and content strategy and implement it in a targeted manner together with the team based on meaningful KPIs
You are a creative driver for the team and spot trends before they go viral — implementing them with smart concepts
You conceptualize, create, and prepare social media content — primarily videos, but also copy and graphics
You support and mentor working students in content creation and foster a motivating team culture
You ensure a clear editorial calendar, effective workflows, and seamless alignment with our marketing objectives
You plan, manage, and optimize our paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) — analyze performance data and develop our paid content strategy together with the team
You set clear goals, produce meaningful reports, and are responsible for our editorial calendar and editorial meetings
You conduct trend analyses, drive projects independently, and ensure our brand is visible and successful across all digital channels
You research, tender, and brief external partners — including influencer management
Requirements
You have successfully completed your studies (e.g., Media Management or Digital Marketing) or vocational training and relevant further education
You bring at least three years of experience in social media management
You are at home on social networks and enthusiastically follow the latest trends across all channels
Your creativity is evident in producing engaging, audience-appropriate content for various social media platforms
Tools like CapCut, Photoshop, or Canva are familiar to you — you use them confidently for content production
You have worked with analytics tools and can monitor and evaluate metrics and KPIs
You also have a sense for strategically integrating social media into company strategy
You enjoy working in a team, contribute with motivation and your own ideas, and are not afraid to drive projects independently
