Atendimento de interações dos alunos através das redes sociais: Instagram, Facebook, GMB, YouTube;
Tratativa de dúvidas, reclamações e solicitações dos alunos da Faculdade;
Análise de processos referente ao atendimento prestado.
Requirements
Ser funcionário KROTON há no mínimo 4 meses;
Funcionário que tenha algum tipo de movimentação consultar tabela da Normativa – NI-002;
Nota de avaliação de desempenho igual ou maior que 100 (Good Performer);
Ensino Médio Completo (Desejável Ensino Superior em curso ou completo);
Boa comunicação e habilidades de escrita;
Escrita humanizada;
Possuir empatia e acolhimento;
Será um diferencial ter experiência com Atendimento ao Cliente;
Conhecimentos básicos em informática e digitação.
