About the role

  • Customer service representative managing student inquiries through social media platforms at Atento. Engaging with students on various platforms to resolve their questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to student interactions on social media: Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business (GMB), YouTube;
  • Handle student questions, complaints, and requests from the college;
  • Analyze processes related to the provided customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (higher education in progress or completed preferred);
  • Good communication and writing skills;
  • Empathetic, human-centered writing style;
  • Ability to show empathy and provide support;
  • Customer service experience is a plus;
  • Basic computer skills and typing.
