About the role

  • Associate BPO Analyst managing service tasks and client requests for financial data operations. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to enhance software solutions and support initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute BPO service tasks and client requests with precision and timeliness.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, third-party vendors, and data providers to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
  • Manage client expectations and demonstrate expertise in Confluence software solutions.
  • Support clients via ZENDESK and internal teams via JIRA.
  • Participate in weekly client meetings and internal improvement initiatives.
  • Lead or contribute to testing new features and process enhancements.
  • Suggest and update internal process documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in Fund Accounting or Financial/Investment Services (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial market data (stocks, bonds, indices).
  • Analytical, meticulous, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Experience with Confluence Platforms (required).
