Logistics Analyst managing freight contracts and optimizing logistics processes for a renewable energy firm. Collaborating with teams to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage optimization of freight procurement (over R$1 billion under management)
Create and establish a pricing process and competitiveness analysis for road, rail and port modes (integrating all areas)
Work with the team to fulfill requests from invested mills (inquiries, documentation, calculation of the Esalq-log discount)
Manage internal processes involving the finance team and investees (e.g., FOB adjustments, reimbursements with Alvean, provisions)
Support the development of the "Chama" project (and any new projects)
Collaborate with Market Intelligence to develop KPIs and monitoring tools for the Logistics scope
Handle contracting and management of transport for all domestic sugar (bulk and bagged) and for export operations of raw and bagged sugar
Work with the Control Tower team to create loading and unloading schedules at mills, terminals, ports and client facilities (Copersucar customers), always aiming to provide optimal service and pricing
Ensure cost and margin plans for the period. Manage performance indicators
Develop a Strategic Partnership Plan with suppliers (carriers, terminals, industries, mills) to optimally serve Copersucar clients and export operations
Manage contracts, address deviations and build continuous improvement levers in operations and customer satisfaction
Create a Service Level plan for Copersucar clients. Develop tools and implement programs to measure customer satisfaction with logistics services (NPS, satisfaction surveys, etc.). Measure results and implement consistent action plans to address deviations
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience with SAP
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields
Experience in road freight procurement, Service Level and CX/CS programs, and logistics pricing
Strong experience with transport modes and KPI management is essential
Desirable experience in large-scale logistics operations (railways, waterways, ports, terminals and road freight)
Desirable experience in high service-level sectors focused on customer satisfaction (CX/CS). Experience in environments with well-defined and applied governance processes is also desirable
Knowledge of ESG, NPS (or other customer satisfaction methodologies), CRM, governance and corporate compliance is desirable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to create and develop new processes and methodologies
