Analyze and create profiles of customer data to enhance outbound marketing strategies. Collaborate with teams to streamline communication and optimize customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage the schedule for data extractions and delivery of communications requested by the area;
Analyze and develop customer base profile studies to better understand customers, profiles, and purchasing behavior, identifying new opportunities for audience segmentation;
Identify and recommend the best target audiences for campaigns aimed at improving results with differentiated approaches and indicating the best customer profiles;
Build mailings for relationship, sales, retention, digital, and other campaigns;
Measure and analyze the returns of actions/offers carried out by the company;
Extract customer base data using tools for data extraction;
Validate customer database information to ensure data accuracy;
Apply statistical models to audience segmentation;
Detect inconsistencies in the database, correct them, and inform the responsible areas;
Execute and monitor digital contact sends, tracking KPIs;
Prepare presentations of analyses, studies, and reports;
Provide support to controllers and verify actions before they are sent;
Perform other activities related to the role.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
Preferred experience conducting customer base profile studies for active customers;
Preferred experience with performance indicators;
Preferred experience querying databases using SQL;
Preferred knowledge of dashboard platforms (Power BI, QlikView, Google Data Studio, Salesforce), or similar;
Intermediate MS Office skills;
Preferred experience in Call Center (Outbound and Digital);
Preferred knowledge of mailing hygiene or contact workflow.
