About the role
- Professional supporting production planning at Vibra, ensuring process execution and operational continuity in lubricant production. Role involves monitoring supply and production pacing.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring portfolio and billing pacing;
- Monitoring supply and production pacing;
- Monitoring the registration of sales orders (OVs) for discontinued/rebranded products;
- Managing the product priority matrix;
- Active tracking of key items from the handover meeting;
- Monitoring the progress of action items captured in S&OE cycle meetings;
- Monitoring production of private label products;
- Monitoring movements between external storage providers and GEI;
- Monitoring backorder fill rates and quality control;
- Monitoring critical out-of-stock products and their availability;
- Publishing the current inventory of all items and their respective filling forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
- Desired: Intermediate English;
- Advanced Excel; Advanced SAP.
