Responsibilities
Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to understand measurement goals and translate them into actionable analytics plans
Query and transform marketing data using SQL and BigQuery; develop dashboards and models in Looker (LookML) to support ongoing reporting
Measure and analyze campaign performance across channels (email, digital, social, web) to uncover trends, opportunities, and optimization areas
Develop and maintain key marketing KPIs and ensure reporting supports data-driven decision-making
Execute ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and performance
Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics
Hands-on experience with SQL (required)
Familiarity with BigQuery and Looker (or a willingness to learn LookML modeling)
Knowledge of marketing KPIs, campaign performance metrics, and optimization techniques
Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Ability to interpret business questions and translate them into data-driven analyses
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working with new technologies and learning on the go.
