About the role

  • Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to understand measurement goals and translate them into actionable analytics plans
  • Query and transform marketing data using SQL and BigQuery; develop dashboards and models in Looker (LookML) to support ongoing reporting
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance across channels (email, digital, social, web) to uncover trends, opportunities, and optimization areas
  • Develop and maintain key marketing KPIs and ensure reporting supports data-driven decision-making
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Hands-on experience with SQL (required)
  • Familiarity with BigQuery and Looker (or a willingness to learn LookML modeling)
  • Knowledge of marketing KPIs, campaign performance metrics, and optimization techniques
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Ability to interpret business questions and translate them into data-driven analyses
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with new technologies and learning on the go.
