About the role

  • Billing Analyst preparing invoices and managing accounts for Concord Technologies. Working in a fast-paced environment to support the organization's billing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, generate, verify, and send invoices to customers.
  • Handle incoming payments, record transactions, and reconcile accounts.
  • Match payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer billing files and financial records.
  • Generate billing and financial reports for management.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and billing procedures.
  • Participate in preparing responses to the year-end audit requests and providing required documentation.
  • Assist with ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive Billing experience, preferably in a software or technology company
  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Experience with NetSuite (preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
