About the role

  • Intern assisting in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing at Concentrix. Create job ads, content, and conduct research to support recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create job ads and publish them across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, schools/universities, etc.)
  • Create Social Media Content for recruitment
  • Research Social Media Trends for recruitment content
  • Help identify external recruitment sources (agencies, job boards)
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify recruitment and tech trends
  • Support other administrative tasks
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates

Requirements

  • University agreement is necessary
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, creative
  • Passion for people, marketing, research, and communication
