About the role

  • Business Development Representative driving new business opportunities in the high tech sector at Concentrix. Engaging clients through outbound calls and emails, and utilizing CRM for lead management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities
  • Research, identify, and engage potential business clients within target markets and verticals
  • Utilize the company’s CRM system to manage leads, track activities, and ensure accurate data entry
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship-building
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT products and services to prospective clients
  • Qualify leads against defined criteria before handing them over to Account Executives/closers
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, emails, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and technology solutions relevant to our clients.

Requirements

  • Proficient or bilingual in Spanish and advanced English
  • Proven experience in a business development, telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environment, ideally within the IT or B2B sector
  • Strong hunter mentality with a drive to prospect, overcome objections, and open doors
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage decision-makers professionally
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and emails daily
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MSD, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
